Yooralla has vacancies in Melbourne’s South & East Regions for a passionate, positive relationship builder, with experience or interest working with a transdisciplinary / multidisciplinary team model to join our team as a permanent, full-time, Grade 1- Speech Pathologist. This fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to adult or children with disabilities to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Your working days will be varied and may involve:
You will be a newly established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop skills in engaging people with disabilities, motivate them and build their capability. You will be working in partnership with people with disabilities to set and achieve goals, and to work collaboratively with the person’s supports, including their families.
To be successful in this role you’ll share Yooralla’s values and have:
