We are currently seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to step into our Finance Manager position. As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective leadership of our finance and payroll functions.
Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the end-to-end finance operations, preparing for Statutory Accounts, and managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
Collaboration will be fundamental to your role, as you will work closely with Senior Leaders & Executives to develop accurate budgets, comprehensive business plans, and insightful forecasts within specified timelines and guidelines. Some of your tasks will include preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and generating monthly financial reports, such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow forecasts. Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation of various compliance (GST, PAYG, FBT and Superannuation).
As the Finance Manager, you will also play a significant role in year-end procedures, ensuring all audit requirements are met and liaising with external auditors as necessary. Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes will further contribute to the seamless functioning of the finance department.
You have a profound love for everything organised and orderly; Intuitively, every task they undertake is meticulously planned and executed precisely. Deadlines excite you, as you can manage time and resources efficiently, consistently delivering outstanding results on (or ahead) schedule.
Your sharp and analytical mind enables you to quickly spot relevant patterns and issues, providing them with valuable insights that inform their decision-making process. This innate ability to identify critical aspects in any given scenario empowers you to navigate through complexities with remarkable ease and confidence.
Your superpower is your uncanny talent for turning thoughts into action. You are not content with merely discussing ideas; you proactively take charge, making things happen with a rare sense of determination and drive. When faced with challenges, you effortlessly generate multiple alternative ways to proceed, demonstrating your innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.
