Develop and facilitate training across Induction, Employment Services, Community Services and Corporate functions. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic National Training Manager to lead and build the training function at Campbell Page, creating excitement and eagerness for ongoing learning across our teams. Reporting to the COO you’ll hit the ground running and have full control over development, design and structure for training our people whilst championing a customer-centric and high-performing culture.

Campbell Page is a not-for- profit organisation, delivering employment, labour hire, youth, family, Indigenous, community services and social enterprises from more than 80 locations across four states. We’re on a mission to prevent and reduce unemployment whilst also creating jobs in the communities we’re a part of. 

The role

We are looking for an experienced National Training Manager to re-invigorate our training function, build a team of highly motivated trainers and create a training calendar that drives continuous improvement for our people and business. 

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of trainers and provide day-to-day management of the team
  • Develop and deliver a National training calendar for all areas of the business, from induction through to ongoing training and development
  • Oversee delivery of tailored training content that is focused on operational needs and helps further our culture of customer-centric, high-performing people 
  • Engage with all parts of the business to develop strong relationships that support a learning culture
  • Be a role model for Campbell Page values and work closely with senior leaders to make positive change within the business
  • Provide individual training and coaching to your team and other SME’s in the business
