Through Canteen’s national network of psychosocial services, they learn to explore and deal with their feelings about cancer, connect with other young people in the same boat and if they’ve been diagnosed themselves, we also provide specialist, youth-specific treatment teams.

Reporting to General Manager People & Culture, you will partner with senior managers to drive performance and a value driven culture across the organisation. You will play a leading role managing the operational delivery of the People & Culture service, development of a range of HR initiatives & programs aligned with the overall business strategy & solutions focused HR consulting to support the business
The People & Culture Manager will lead a small team ensuring quality and timely delivery of HR Support, and implementing systems to ensure performance outcomes; as well as programs to grow our talent, ensure employee engagement, and staff retention .
