Your Role

As HR Coordinator you will be an integral part of the People and Culture team reporting to the Head of People & Culture. You will provide guidance and advice to leaders and employees on frameworks, policies, programs, practices and HR systems. This role also contributes to team and organisational projects across the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, performance management, recognition and reward, employee relations, workforce planning and dashboard reporting.

About You

Ideally you have completed a relevant tertiary qualification with 3+ years’ experience working in a People & Culture team. You are highly-motivated with a strong customer service ethic and ability to build trusted business relationships. Your collaborative style makes you an effective team member and you are also able to work independently when needed.

You have a track record of delivering results while managing competing priorities and an aptitude for analysing data to provide insights and solutions. Experience managing HR systems, preferably Cognology, Litmos/ SAP, Scout, will also be highly valued as will intermediate MS Office skills.
