The Human Resources Operations business unit provides HR Business Partnering, Health Safety & Wellbeing, Recruitment and HR Information Systems support services. The focus of the HR Operations teams is to provide high level support, expert timely advice and information, coaching, policies and procedures, business processes, continuous improvement strategies and HR technology systems to enable efficient, effective management and growth of the business, ensure financially sustainability, a safe place to work, an agile and flexible workforce, and technologically enabled.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner for a permanent, full time opportunity to work at our Central Office in the Heidelberg area. With work from home options, you will provide timely, effective delivery of HR support services including business partnering advice, ER & IR consultation, processes and policies, strategies, workforce capability, people management, conflict resolution and change management to meet business requirements.
