The Society of Saint Hilarion Inc Aged Care is a not for profit organisation providing Residential Aged Care services across two sites, Home Care and Community programs.
Applications are invited for a full time Manager People & Culture.
This is a pivotal position that will lead change and make a difference. The People and Culture Manager, will be responsible for providing leadership for the organisation’s people and culture strategies. The role will be required to identify and implement initiatives to build a culture prepared for new opportunities, maintains a continuous improvement approach and reports against the strategic plan of the organisation.
This role will provide strategic and operational human resources leadership, oversighting administrative human resources and work force planning staff. To be successful the candidate will be able to maintain a strategic focus and deliver practical results ensuring the organisation is well supported by human resources strategy, policy, systems and processes.
The successful applicant will be someone who ensures the organisation’s people and culture initiatives are designed of a high standard, to attract, retain and build employee capability.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the Aged Care Sector.
