As the Team Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll enjoy our fast paced environment and have a high attention to detail.  Self motivated you enjoy working independently while responding to conflicting priorities.  

Partnering with our Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll be focused on managing and supporting our compliance process and associated paperwork, promoting a quality candidate experience and supporting any offers the team are working on.

What experience you will bring:

  • Relevant experience in agency or internal recruitment environments either in the capacity of a recruitment coordinator, administrator or HR Administrator
  • Excellent communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a high volume environment
  • Strong skills in collaboration and relationship building
  • Experienced team player with a team focus and equal ability to work independently
  • A demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged
