The Reconciliation Action Lead is a permanent, full-time role to support the development and implementation of Wesley Mission’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and subsequent RAPs. Reporting to the General Manager for Communications & Partnerships, the Reconciliation Action Lead will work with the RAP Working Group to deliver effective initiatives identified by our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff around relationships, opportunities and respect.
Wesley Mission works alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people all over Australia every day and is embedding the process of reconciliation as one of the key outcome areas of our 2023 Strategic plan.
You will use your well-developed project experience, ideally within HR/Community Services and working knowledge of a RAP to achieve the deliverables identified within the plan by collaborating at all levels with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
