About the opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and client educational learning programs. The Administration Officer will provide efficient administrative support by managing correspondence on behalf of the programs, maintaining the learning management system, preparing reports and ensuring accurate data entry and filing. Working closely with the Manager Workforce Development and RTO, the Administration Officer will ensure program operations comply with government tenders and legislation.

About you

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. You will also have previous experience in administration support roles and well-developed computer literacy skills. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also key to this role.
