jobactive is a program specialising in helping young people (15-29) on their journey to employment. The service provides intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work-readiness of young people and help them into sustainable employment.
As an Employment Youth Worker you will work with the young people using a client centred, strengths based approach in helping them work through their non-vocational challenges to employment. Your days will be diverse but in essence can include:
