Due to a unit restructure and internal movements, we are recruiting a HR Advisor to support the timely delivery of a full range of human resources-related processes across the employee lifecycle, incorporating end-to-end recruitment, learning and development, employment relations, and Human Resources (HR) general support. This is a full-time/permanent position.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
Reporting to the Manager, HR and working as part of a close-knit HR team, this is a varied role and provides a great opportunity for a forward-thinking HR professional who is looking to partner with the business to drive and support the Human Resources plan, the organisation’s strategic goals and business plan. As the initial point of contact for all HR queries from allocated areas of the business, the role also involves providing legally sound and best practice HR advice, support, and consultancy to all levels of employees, onboarding, performance management, off-boarding, employee engagement, training and development and workplace health and safety.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership within an ever-changing and challenging environment. You will be solutions-focused, be able to prioritise and organise your time efficiently, have a high attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
