The Youth Development Coach role is a hands-on position working directly with young people who have left school early or have disengaged from education and employment. Alongside your young people, you will develop individualised job plans and provide case-management and employment services support to help them successfully transition into employment and/or training.
In this position, you'll spend plenty of time interacting with your young people, including facilitating group sessions, balanced with office-based days in Corrimal and/or Shellharbour. You will have practical and expert advice available to call on from a wider team equipped with diverse and specialised skills and experience.
