You’ll have 2+ years’ experience in a corporate services HR Advisory or Business Partner role, with strong skills in influencing senior leaders.
As a strong HR professional, you'll be at the forefront of supporting stakeholders and employees through complex industrial matters across all areas of our Corporate Services functions including payroll, finance, recruitment, IT, and more. Use your HR skills and expertise to navigate and support our corporate services stakeholders with facing challenges with finesse, empathy and professionalism.
You have a knack for building positive relationships and instilling trust with stakeholders with your quick decision-making and resolution skills. Your positive and personable approach makes you a trusted advisor and coach to our leaders, along with your expertise in case management, which will be the cornerstone of your success as you tackle a diverse range of issues with confidence and skill.
