Anglicare’s Homelessness Services strive to empower people to make their own decisions and provide them with the resources they need to take control of their lives and participate in their community. Our team provides accommodation and holistic support via a range of services to help people rebuild their self-worth to make sustainable changes in their lives.
Our Recovery Practitioner for our Women's Early Intervention Service, will provide case management support to women who are in contact with the Brisbane Magistrate’s Court or are on a probation and parole order at Brisbane Central and Brisbane South Probation and Parole office. This role provides person-centred support to address the housing, safety and wellbeing goals of women at their point of contact with the criminal justice system.
We currently have a Full-Time vacancy in Brisbane on a 2-month fixed term contract with a likely extension depending on funding renewal.
