Ensure that the most effective return to work approaches are consistently applied including a dynamic approach to early intervention. developing and providing effective injury and claims management.
Work closely with Managers, HR Business Partners, other internal and external stakeholders, including the Insurer and Rehabilitation Providers, to achieve positive outcomes for the business and the injured worker.
The position also involves providing advice and support for non-compensable injuries/illnesses and related matters.
The position has two responsibilities, Return to Work and Injury Management. As an integral part of the team, you will be required to ensure provision of efficient and effective injury management and return to work practices and processes and provide guidance and advice to the organisation in OHS systems, policies and best practices to ensure legislative compliance is met.
