• Co-ordination of the delivery of online live facilitated and in person clinical education

About the Position

This position works within the HIV, Sexual Health, Hepatitis B and C Programs at ASHM Health. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with an interest in public health and project management and who enjoy working in a team environment.

Project Officers are responsible for the co-ordination of the delivery of online live facilitated and in person clinical education. This includes course scheduling, course content and program updates, speaker co-ordination, communication with attendees, oversight of support staff administration tasks, webinar set up, working to a budget, monitoring and evaluation and reporting.

You will also provide secretariat administration support for a range of related committees and expert reference groups, which includes minute taking and ensuring agendas and meeting papers are completed in a timely manner.
