These frameworks underpin all care and intervention provided through our esteemed Therapeutic Services Program.
The Therapeutic Specialist within the Heartfelt program provides therapeutic support to children and mothers affected by domestic and family violence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic assessments, offering individual or dyadic counselling, and facilitating therapeutic groups. The role involves collaboration with the Therapeutic Case Manager and Team Leader to develop and implement support, engaging with stakeholders for program development and evaluation, monitoring quality assurance measures, and identifying areas for improvement.
