This position is primarily responsible for partnering with hiring Managers to provide contemporary and best practice recruitment advice and solutions to support the selection and engagement of staff across a wide variety of roles. Working collaboratively with Program Managers and the People and Culture team, the Recruitment Advisor is responsible for coordinating recruitment requests, advertising and the selection process, ensuring the experience of the recruitment processes is positive and timely. This role is responsible for coordinating the Student Placement Program. The position reports to the Manager, People and Culture and is full time fixed term until 1 May 2026 and is a parental leave backfill.

You have a minimum three years’ experience in co-ordinating end to end recruitment and selection and preferable qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
You have demonstrated experience in using a variety of advertising sources and contemporary recruitment practices to attract diverse candidates. You are passionate about finding solutions and building strong stakeholder relationships.
