About the role

The Training Officer is rare and exciting capability building position, and is full time or part time (2-5 days per week). This is a collaborative role working with subject matter experts to design new and tailor existing training modules to meet client needs. This position will work in a cohesive team to deliver training to a broad range of clients. Our training services are designed to support the prevention of violence against women and family violence, to recognise and respond to disclosures of sexual assault and family violence and strengthen workforce capability.

About You

You have extensive experience in the design and delivery of a variety of training programs. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the causes of violence against women and children and ideally, you will have relevant training certifications coupled with qualifications in health promotion, social work, gender studies or public health.

With proven advanced communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, you thrive working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, team environment. You will be a values driven person, motivated by projects that make a difference.
