Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for all things Human Resources within this disability services provider.
HR projects, recruitment and selection, learning and development, industrial relations matters, and coaching and performance management will all fall your remit.
Additionally, you will work in collaboration with other business units to promote continuous improvements across the organisation.
The successful applicants will have previous experience working for small to medium-sized organisation as an HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist, or Advisor.
You will have previously worked in a stand-alone or small HR team and had generalist exposure and accountability across the HR function.
You will be the go-to person for all HR matters both internally and externally and have the confidence and resilience to manage a dynamic portfolio.
