About the role

Reporting to the Executive – People and Culture, you will lead the operational Human Resources (HR) business functions to achieve strategic outcomes.

Through partnering with the Executive and Leadership team, you will provide advice to leaders, influence key business outcomes and drive strong leadership capability in the organisation.

The Key People outcomes include:

  • Lead and develop the capability of the recruitment and human resources teams
  • Take ownership of Human Resource systems and processes to culturally embed best practice and efficiencies across the HR lifecycle
  • Partner with Executive and leaders to build organisational capability
  • Capture, report and present HR related data for informed decision making
  • Partner, manage and advise leadership on industrial relations matters
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business strategy

Essential Requirements

You will be a passionate and experienced HR leader, able to lead a performing team while ensuring best practice HR systems and processes are embraced.

  • Passion for people, leadership and exceptional service delivery
  • Strong influencing skills, resilience and ability to effectively lead change
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field with a strong understanding of industrial instruments and employment law
  • MUST have or willing to complete the following: National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and hold a NSW Drivers License
