About the Role

In this role you will lead the delivery of a wide range of customer focused, customer-led and co-ordinated community care services in accordance with the relevant practice standards across NDIS, Aged Care & Mental Health services.

The Manager, Service Delivery will also play a critical role in helping shape the Proveda of the future in line with an ambitious strategic plan. This involves continuing the evolution and redesign of service delivery, to meet the changing needs of customers, improve quality and adapt to regulatory reforms. This involves harnessing exceptional practice and people leadership, business acumen, and a passion for facilitating change well.

You will:

  • Lead and manage Service Delivery teams for safe, quality, care navigation services to clientele with needs across NDIS, aged care, and mental health.
  • Provide direction to teams, mentoring them to embrace changes aligned with new practices.
  • Be part of a collaborative leadership team, reporting to the CEO, and providing input into strategic planning and process improvement in response to industry changes.
  • Understand and implement sector reforms and oversee practice management for compliance at a senior leadership level.
  • Nurture and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including customers and support services.
  • Adhere to quality management systems, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure privacy and dignity of customers is always upheld.
  • Manage expenditure aligned with budget and forecast revenue targets in collaboration with Manager of finance and compliance.
  • Attend industry meetings, conferences, and training to support organisational objectives and ensure the Proveda name is visible.

Essential Criteria

To succeed in the exciting role, you will be an experienced leader, with a strong professional background across managing service delivery teams. You will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field – Community Services, Management, Social work or related field would be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience driving and implementing significant organisational/service change, with a strong focus on process and system improvement.
  • Expertise in designing or redesigning high quality, customer centred service delivery for tangible outcomes.
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Senior executive level experience with strategic planning, working with board members and the CEO closely.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the community care sector and current reforms across Aged Care and NDIS, as well as relevant legislation, funding and policy protocols, standards, and processes.
  • Skills in analysing information and making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets with complex funding streams, workflows, and various computer programs.
