We’re the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal, or FRRR (F-triple-R) for short. A not-for-profit organisation, we connect common purposes and funding from government, business, and philanthropy with the genuine local needs of rural people and places.
Our vision is a vibrant, resilient, and revitalised remote, rural and regional Australia. FRRR provides funding and capacity building support at the hyper-local level. We have reach, relationships, networks, and know-how to align funding, big and small, to community-led solutions that build resilience and long-term viability and vitality of smaller remote, rural, and regional communities across Australia.
As the People & Culture Manager at FRRR, you'll be a key player in our corporate services team, partnering closely with the Executive Leadership group. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle for our dynamic hybrid workforce, while maintaining our HR framework and enhancing operational efficiency. You'll be the go-to HR advisor, offering expert advice and insights on people-related issues.
Reporting directly to the Chief Finance & Operations Manager, you'll work with the CEO, Portfolio Leads, and a dedicated team, including the EA/Business Operations Coordinator, Information Management Officer, and Finance Officer. Together, you'll handle everything from leave and personnel records to payroll and employee onboarding. You'll also support line managers with performance reviews, Award interpretation, and WHS compliance.
Your efforts will drive key metrics like staff satisfaction, engagement, professional development, regulatory compliance, and WHS culture, making a significant impact on FRRR's people and culture strategy.
