For more than 20 years, people in Australia have placed their trust in Beyond Blue as a reliable source of mental health information, support, and hope.
We are one of Australia’s most well-known, trusted, and visited mental health organisations. We never take this for granted. With that comes a deep responsibility to listen, to understand people’s needs and aspirations, and to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
We are a big blue door for many in the community: a safe and reliable place for millions of people to access information, advice, and support – whether they’re well and want to stay that way, unsettled or struggling and need support, or in recovery and want to reconnect.
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for the end-to-end production of digital content, ensuring that all content is visually engaging, technically sound, and effectively delivered across Beyond Blue’s digital platforms. This role involves coordinating the creation, design, and publication of content, working closely with writers, designers, clinical governance, and technical teams to bring content to life.
In this role, the Digital Content Producer plays a key role in ensuring that all content is properly structured, optimised, and published according to the Beyond Blue’s standards. The producer will also contribute to content strategy by ensuring that all digital content supports the organisation’s goals and enhances the user experience. This position may be expected to be contactable outside of their ordinary working hours and to work additional hours, as reasonably necessary from time to time.
