Bloom HR is thrilled to be partnering with Haven Home Safe (HHS) to recruit a driven and detail-oriented HR Officer and Systems Administrator. This is a full-time permanent role, offering hybrid working arrangements and based in one of our offices in Bendigo, Preston, Mildura, or Geelong. Occasional travel to other locations may be required as part of the role.

The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will support the HR team while managing HR systems and ensuring data integrity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll.
  • Managing and maintaining digital HR systems, including Employment Hero and Tribal Habits.
  • Delivering system training and support to staff across multiple offices.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and people leaders to drive HR initiatives and improvements.
