The Banyule Nillumbik Local Learning and Employment Network (BNLLEN) works across the local government areas of Banyule and Nillumbik with 20 secondary schools and a range of local employers, businesses, community organisations and service clubs, local councils and volunteers.
This program officer role will support the organisation to plan, implement and execute our commitment to supporting eligible young people in the Nillumbik Shire Council to participate and achieve their Probationary Licence.
The role will involve the coordination of the L2P Program in accordance with the funding agreement, including the support and development of the Advisory Committee, meeting the program objectives, Volunteer and Learner recruitment and support and implementing the policies and procedures for the program.
We are seeking someone with experience in a related field with volunteer or mentoring program experience and an understanding of developing and maintaining local cross sector partnerships.
BNLLEN offers flexible working hours between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday, can offer hybrid working options, and provides all staff with ongoing professional development days.
