Established in 2022, Brainwave Bikes is an award-winning social enterprise that has become the largest refurbisher and retailer of used bikes in Victoria with a successful pre-employment program that enables young people with disabilities to transition to mainstream employment over 6-9 months.

Working in the Brainwave Bikes pre-employment program, the this role is responsible for identifying and realising employment opportunities with employers for young people with disabilities for external work experience and mainstream employment in south-east Melbourne. Candidates will be able to demonstrate a track record of approaching employers for work experience and employment opportunities.
