In this role you will provide leadership for the organisation’s people and culture strategies and will inspire the team to create a positive and effective human resource and continuous improvement environment across the organisation whilst driving a culture where innovation and outcomes are celebrated.
Reporting to the CFO you will ensure the organisation’s people and culture initiatives are engaging, follow a co-design process and are of a high standard for the organisation to attract and build the capabilities of its team.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated prior experience in a disability/health and/or community services related environment, successfully implementing human resource strategies, programs, procedures and operational practices to successfully support the strategic objectives of the business and systems improvement.
You will also possess strong organisational and project management skills and exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Proven knowledge and understanding of disability related legislation, regulations and quality standards with a sound understanding of NDIS requirements, and experience working within disability sector will be highly regarded.
