  • Pay Range: a minimum of $66,230.03 + superannuation per year, based on experience (minimum take home/net pay equivalent to $74K salary with not for profit salary packaging tax benefits)

THE ROLE

As a dedicated Mentor, you will be responsible for inspiring and supporting parents of young children in achieving their work and education goals. You’ll provide tailored guidance and connect them with essential resources and opportunities.

About You

To be a great fit, you should have:

  • Relevant experience and qualifications (minimum Certificate III or IV) or evidence of working towards a relevant qualification in human, community, or employment services.
  • A proven ability to build meaningful connections with those facing disadvantage and trauma, aiding their recovery journey.
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to quickly master new systems.
