What you will do as our next Director of School Campus:

The role located in Townsville, provides high-level assistance to primary and secondary sub-schools, through development, co-ordination, and establishment of procedures and programs to support teaching and learning for First Nations students.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Education Services, the Director of School Campus will also ensure compliance with NSSAB requirements and nurture the culture of this Prep to Year 12 Christian school. This position includes membership of the Carinity Education Advisory Group with the other Carinity School Principals.

What do I need for the role?

  • Registered Teacher within Queensland or ability to obtain registration
  • Significant previous experience in leading a school, preferably with both Primary and Secondary cohorts
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding and providing education and support services to First Nations and/or marginalised young people.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Curriculum in line with QCAA and ACARA curriculum
