We are seeking a Rostering Officer for a contract, length determined by negotiation during the interview process.
In conjunction with the House Managers, the Rostering Officer oversees the rostering functions, by managing and creating rostering templates for SIL houses, individual rosters, rolling over employee rosters where employees are given 4 weeks-notice of permanent shifts and manage changes daily. Covering sick calls and leave may be required when house staff are unable to fill shifts. This position requires basic use of electronic rostering systems and databases.
