About the Opportunity:

We are looking for someone to provide direct support services to participants to improve their work readiness. This may include working alongside the participant to assess training, upskilling, conducting barrier management and assisting with placement support.

This position is a Full Time position primarily based at our Maitland office, however you may be required to work from any of our locations. Some flexibility may be required at times across working locations and hours in order to support participants.

Ideally, to be successful you will need:

  • Strong case management ability including assessment and networking abilities to assist participants to achieve positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated time management, communication, negotiation and lateral thinking skills
  • Efficient administrative skills including proficiency in computerised management systems and client file notes.
  • Experience with ESS or Job ready live desirable but not essential
  • Empathy towards people with a disability looking to secure and sustain employment
  • The ability to liaise with employers to promote jobseekers’ strengths and attributes

Essential Criteria:

  • NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver’s licence (minimum P2)
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per NSW health orders
