We are looking for someone to provide direct support services to participants to improve their work readiness. This may include working alongside the participant to assess training, upskilling, conducting barrier management and assisting with placement support.
This position is a Full Time position primarily based at our Maitland office, however you may be required to work from any of our locations. Some flexibility may be required at times across working locations and hours in order to support participants.
