An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join their team and play a key role in shaping the people and culture strategy. The HR Manager will drive the end-to-end employment experience, working to develop employee and organisational capability across the business whilst ensuring compliance around all legislative requirements.
Position Overview:
As the HR Manager you will work extensively with the Chief Executive Officer, and as a member of the Senior Management Team, this role will deliver upon the strategic direction of the organisation in the following areas:
- Ensure that the end-to-end employment experience is well managed and responsive for all employees
- Develop both the capability of the individual employee and the organisation through talent management and acquisition
- Fair implementation of industrial relations regulations
- Workforce planning
- Ensure the HR team is an effective business partner embedded throughout the organisation, providing decision support to key operational and functional areas
- Provide access to timely and accurate data to enable productivity and decision support
- Ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk as well as compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in human resource management
- Strong experience in change management and policy implementation
- Experience coaching and mentoring leaders across the organisation to support a performance, learning and HR culture
- Experience in the application of the Fair Work Act and related Modern Award interpretation
- Proficient IT knowledge, experience in the use of human resource management and payroll systems and application of Microsoft packages including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with team members at all levels of the organisation
- Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Undertake a NDIS Worker Screener check
