About the role

Our OSHC offers before and after school care and is located on the grounds of St John The Baptist Freshwater. Our Educators are fully engaged to help proved a creative environment that is fun, warm, caring, and safe for all our children.

This is a casual position, with shifts available on Monday and Tuesday morning from 7am to 9am and in the afternoons from Mondays to Thursday from 2:30pm to 6pm.

You will bring with you:

• Ensuring a welcoming, safe, hygienic environment, reflective of best practices
• Creating a fun and engaging environment through play experiences
• Ability to form collaborative and positive relationship with colleagues

Requirements

• Current and valid Working With Children Check clearance
• Completion of CHCPRT025 – Identify and report children and young people at risk

Highly Desirable

• Experience working with school aged children
• Qualifications in out of school age education and care or child care
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one before starting
