Two newly created role within our evolving organisation offers a unique opportunity to us shape the future of People & Culture (P&C) at whilst supporting over 800 employees at BHN.

The Business Partner (BP) Support Services is not your typical BP role—you’ll be carving out a position that’s truly your own, growing alongside us. You’ll be at the forefront of BHN’s cultural transformation journey, partnering with a dedicated business group to drive critical people priorities and foster a high-performance culture. Your role will involve building and maintaining influential relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across diverse business areas, offering both operational and strategic P&C advice, and leveraging the expertise of the broader P&C team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll have the autonomy to innovate, creatively solve problems, and provide expert consultation during a period of significant change. Your ability to manage P&C projects, deliver day-to-day solutions, and implement initiatives will be key to building individual, team, and organisational capability.

About you

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving organisational success? We are seeking someone with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, who has a proven track record in developing and implementing impactful employment frameworks.

As an experienced BP, you excel in coaching, employee relations, and creating P&C initiatives that enhance organisational capability and culture. You bring a strong, evidence-based approach to improving the employee experience, along with confident relationship-building skills and the ability to advise and coach with authority.
