About the Role:

As a key liaison between clients and healthcare providers, you’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Queensland Health, nurse navigators, social workers, GPs, and private practitioners. You’ll provide client-facing case management, trauma-informed support, and advocate for comprehensive pregnancy options, ensuring clients access services tailored to their needs and location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advocacy & Case Management: Provide support and guidance through abortion and pregnancy care pathways, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth referrals.
• Pathway Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with health professionals across Queensland to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information about service providers.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong partnerships within the organisation and with external stakeholders, promoting knowledge-sharing to provide the best client outcomes.
• Training & Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new team members, sharing expertise in pathway coordination and service mapping.
• Documenting information: Support database and website tasks, ensuring easy access to pathway information and service data are up to date for the organisation and the community.

About You:

• Committed to reproductive rights and delivering client-centred, feminist care.
• Experienced in collaborative work, both internally and externally.
• Highly organised and capable of documenting complex service pathways.
• Strong communication and solid computer skills, with a passion for knowledge-sharing.
