Children by Choice is looking for a creative, community-focused individual to join our Education and Project Team as a Community Engagement Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture meaningful partnerships with diverse and priority populations.
• Develop resources and advocate for equitable access to reproductive healthcare.
• Create and deliver webinars and training face to face that increases access to abortion and pregnancy choice.
• Lead community engagement activities that promote reproductive autonomy.
• Foster collaboration between stakeholders to break down barriers to care.
• Some travel within Queensland (intrastate) for planned engagements.

About You

• Strong commitment to reproductive justice and advocacy.
• Experience in community engagement and relationship building.
• Familiarity with the intersections of DFSV and reproductive healthcare.
• Innovative mindset and ability to translate principles into action.
