Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management

• Implement, manage, and optimise the CRM system to track client data and engagement trends.
• Ensure data accuracy and support teams across the organisation to leverage CRM insights.

Data Security & Privacy Compliance

• Ensure adherence to privacy legislation and health data protections.
• Foster a culture of privacy and data security within the organisation.

Service Output Analysis & Evaluation

• Analyse service delivery data to create reports that inform strategy and improve client support.

Research & Partnerships

• Collaborate with external partners on research projects focused on improving healthcare access.

Resource Development & Marketing Support

• Use data to shape advocacy campaigns, communication strategies, and resource development.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Be the key data liaison between departments, integrating data into every aspect of our work.

Innovation & Technology Integration

• Explore and implement new tech solutions, leading efforts in data visualisation and automated reporting.
