Children by Choice is seeking a passionate and dynamic Director of Service Delivery to join our team. This pivotal leadership role ensures operational excellence and strategic alignment in delivering sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services to women and pregnant people across Queensland. Please note, it is a requirement that you are available to work primarily in Brisbane.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will:

• Oversee the Pregnancy Options Team, providing triage and guidance on parenting, adoption, and abortion.
• Lead the Counselling Team, delivering trauma-informed, client-centred support grounded in reproductive justice.
• Ensure all services prioritise choice, autonomy, and equity for those most in need or at risk.
• Foster a resilient workplace culture that upholds human rights and intersectional care.
• Drive continuous improvement through operational planning and monitoring emerging trends.
