We’re seeking a team of dedicated Pregnancy Options Support Worker to be the compassionate first point of contact for individuals across Queensland seeking our reproductive health services.

About the Role:

As a Pregnancy Options Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely, respectful, and equitable access to all pregnancy options, including parenting, adoption, and abortion. Grounded in feminist principles and trauma-informed care, you will help clients navigate their choices and make empowered decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to clients seeking support via phone, web chat, text, and email.
• Collaborate with our Counselling Team to triage client needs, provide brief interventions, and allocate clients to counsellors.
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, advocating for reproductive justice and equitable access to care, especially for those from priority groups.
• Conduct initial risk assessments and ensure timely referrals to appropriate support services, including domestic family and sexual violence.

Key Details:

• Work Schedule: Flexible Mon - Saturday work. Some Saturday shifts required—providing flexibility for our clients, and extended hours 8am - 7pm
