We are seeking a dedicated Pregnancy Options Support Team Leader to ensure individuals seeking reproductive health services get immediate compassionate support, counselling, information and referral.

About the Role:

As the Pregnancy Options Support Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in providing vital leadership to our Pregnancy Options Support Workers. Your guidance will ensure timely, respectful, and equitable access to all pregnancy options, including parenting, adoption, kinship care and abortion. Grounded in feminist principles, reproductive justice, and trauma-informed care, you will empower every individual, regardless of their background or circumstance, to make informed and empowered choices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement and Feminist Practice: Deliver warm, empathetic support to clients seeking pregnancy options, ensuring all interactions reflect our pro-choice stance and commitment to reproductive justice.
• Leadership and Team Oversight: Lead a team of support workers to meet performance KPIs and service standards, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and exceptional client care.
• Reflective Practice and Professional Development: Guide the team in regular debriefs and professional growth, staying informed on best practices in trauma-informed care and feminist service delivery.
• Commitment to Reproductive Justice and Social Equity: Advocate for equitable access to care for all clients, prioritizing those from diverse backgrounds and vulnerable populations.
• Collaboration and Client Triage: Work alongside fellow Team Leaders to ensure smooth client triage and effective referral pathways, enhancing access to necessary support services.
• Data Management and Advocacy: Lead efforts in accurate data recording and analysis, using insights to advocate for systemic change and improve service delivery.
