This role will support our work pathway program Hear Me, See Me, Employ Me.

A direct employment pathway working with people of an employment age who are CALD Community and Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

The role will link closely with our HR Manager and Learning and Education supervisor and Cooking and Enterprise Supervisor to enhance this Direct Employment program and support participants and team members practically in improving communications in a timely and meaningful way.

In addition, the interpreter will support critical HR conversations for our employed Deaf and Hard of Hearing team members and support colleagues who are learning Auslan to put their learning into practice.
