The key goal is to support the CEO and Senior Team in the management and implementation of HR process, policy and legislation whilst adding to our values, ethics, and purpose.
This role builds upon 18 months of energy and work by existing HR Manager and SMT in developing improvements in inclusivity and diversity within the organisation, the creation of a forward thinking EBA and the move to a new inclusive central operations space called The Hub in Richmond.
We are a FTE of 20 people working across garden design, build and maintenance services, social connections and work pathways with a heavy focus on place making via immersive experiences from cooking to the creation of better green spaces within Victoria.
Alongside a Senior Management Team of seven this role will help manage performance, manage workplace wellbeing and support the organisation in delivering increased impact and investment into our community of interest - mostly CALD Community groups and in particular subgroups of CALD community such as Deaf and Hard of Hearing, LGBTQIA+, Neurodiverse and others.
