This is a fixed term contract position (30 hours p/w) until June 2027. 4Cs will also consider job share arrangements for the right applicants. SCHCADS Level 4.

We have an opportunity for a casework/community development worker who is experienced in working with migrants and refugees to join our team at Canterbury City Community Centre. The role is 30 hours per week till June 2027.

In this role you will work with newly arrived migrants and refugees to provide practical support, individual casework, group information sessions and enhance community access to services, programs and organisations across Canterbury Bankstown. You will work with our community team to build relationships with eligible clients under the SETS program. Your main duties will be providing individual support as well as working with external stakeholders to deliver targeted programs to support individuals and communities with settlement.
