As our Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator in our Fundraising and Marketing team your purpose will be to:

  • Support registrations processing and reporting for signature CEO Dare to Cure Campaign
  • Assist with prize sourcing and co-ordination for major fundraising events including Diamond Ball
  • Provide administrative support where needed for any corporate partner engagement and assist to co-ordinate any VIP Lab Tours as they arise.
  • Management and enrichment of Corporate Partnership data on Salesforce to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Support the Corporate Partnerships Team in rolling out partner engagement plans and providing tele-marketing support for campaigns.
  • Provide general business administrative support to the Corporate Partnerships Team including invoicing, organising meetings and Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline management

To succeed you will:

  • Have previous experience in an office environment
  • Be highly organised and efficient and have strong communication skills
  • Be detail orientated and accurate in your work
  • Have excellent computer literacy, with experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms
  • Be highly organised, self-motivated, professional and able to manage under tight deadlines.
  • Be a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving the most positive outcomes for the whole Marketing & Fundraising team.
