The CERES Grocery, Bakery, and Cafe is a vibrant space at the centre of the CERES Farm community food system. The Grocery supports local organic growers and producers while providing a hub for the community to come together to form a positive food culture.
The Bakery creates delicious bread using sustainable heritage and organic grains, as well as croissants, pizzas, and pastries made fresh daily.
The Café serves organic coffee, fresh sandwiches and wraps, bakery goods, and lots more, made fresh using seasonal produce. The three enterprises work together, sharing resources to minimise waste and create the best food experience for our customers.
The aim of this position is to provide excellent customer service and assist in the general smooth running of the grocery and café.
The role reports to the Grocery Area Managers but will be guided by the relevant shift supervisor.
