Role Overview:

As our Manager, Corporate Services, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our key operational and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing HR, Finance, IT and Admin, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, and contribute to, CFCC’s annual operational planning process.
  • Design, consult, coordinate, and manage organisation-wide workforce planning and development processes that address issues such as organisation structure, job designs, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention and organisational change management.
  • Provide the Executive Team, Managers and staff with comprehensive, professional HR advice including award and contractual interpretation.
  • Identify and monitor the organisation’s culture so that it supports the delivery of the organisation’s goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
  • With the support of the outsourced Finance Team, monitor, control, and report on accurate financial information, including the annual budget, revenue, expenditure and tenders, to meet the needs of external and internal stakeholders such as auditors, managers and funding bodies.
  • Ensure all ICT platforms are effective and of a high service level, managing IT Service providers to ensure responsiveness and quality service delivery.
  • Manage the outsourced IT function.
  • Manage the risk management function.
  • Oversee the provision of administrative support to the CFCC workforce through reception and streamlined administrative systems.

Skills & Experience

  • A relevant qualification in Finance, Human Resources Management, or equivalent business management field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, leading a multi-function unite, including HR, Finance, ICT and Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing budgets, tracking organisational performance against budget, government funding management and finance business partnering.
  • Proven experience and capacity to contribute to organisational strategic planning, work collaboratively with Executive colleagues, and support strong and effective Executive decision-making.
  • Experience in human resources and workforce management, including performance management, policy and procedure development and a comprehensive understanding of Industrial and workplace legislation.
  • Experience in financial management and interpretation of financial reports, budget management and forecasting.\\
