The Executive Manager People and Culture provides strategic direction, leadership and operational management through all aspects of human resources management including organisational development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and wellbeing to ensure an equitable, safe and welcoming workplace for all employees.

Providing leadership to a small but energetic and dedicated team, the Executive Manager People and Culture will also work closely with the CEO, Board, Management and Executive Team to design, integrate and deliver effective people solutions. The role will provide the opportunity to combine a strategic and operational focus and develop and implement human resource management policies and strategies consistent with Huon Regional Care’s business goals, to deliver on the Strategic Plan.

The successful applicant will demonstrate contemporary knowledge of human resources management and organisational development together with relevant senior management level experience. A leadership style and track record that supports the nurturing of a high-performance, customer-focused team culture is also required, together with experience driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
