Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager People and Culture will be responsible for overall leadership of activities covering organisational culture, human resources, and work health and safety to ensure CCT is compliant with government regulations associated with aged care and disability. As a key member of the newly formed Executive Team, you will contribute to overseeing the health of the organisation and its people and provide leadership across the organisation in implementing the strategic goals. Based at CCT’s modern new office in Launceston, this role presents an opportunity to work in a broad and diverse role, focused on the delivery of quality services to clients.

The successful candidate will have proven experience at senior management level, including significant experience in the management of diverse teams, strategic employee relations, training, learning and development and work health and safety. Well-developed leadership, change management and negotiation skills will be required, along with high level communication, strategic and relationship building skills.
